Westlake police seek identity of break-in suspect

Westlake police are asking the public’s help in identifying a man they believe stole two laptop computers from a doctor’s office the afternoon of July 27.

The Toshiba and Dell brand laptops were taken from an office at 2001 Crocker Road between 12:50 and 1:10 p.m. Twenty dollars in cash was also take, police said.

A surveillance camera recorded the suspect, who is described as an older black man with gray balding hair. He wore a red shirt with a dark colored jacket and glasses. The man was also carrying a dark colored messenger type bag.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or has other information about the break-in is asked to call the Westlake Police Department at 440-871-3311.
