Under Westlake’s current five-year contract with Rumpke Consolidated Companies Inc., automated collection of trash and recyclable materials is scheduled to begin in August. However, the company can elect to alter the contract and continue the current collection method.

Five bullets fired at Westlake business, police say

A six-hour manhunt Saturday that included two regional SWAT teams, police dogs, a helicopter from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Cleveland Metroparks rangers on horseback failed to find the person who fired at an office building at 30700 Center Ridge Road.
