The Cleveland Browns are teaming up with Sushi Rock restaurants for an event called “Rollin’ at the Rock,” to benefit The Littlest Heroes.

The Littlest Heroes is a nonprofit organization that provides support services for children battling cancer and their families. During the “Every Song Tells a Story” portion of the fundraiser, artwork created by The Littlest Heroes children will be unveiled and presented for auction. Each child’s artwork will include the name of their favorite song and why it represents their lives and cancer experiences. All proceeds will be donated to the organization to help local children.

Host for the evening is Browns linebacker Scott Fujita. He will be joined by several teammates, including quarterback Jake Delhomme and linebacker Jason Trusnik, as well as TV5′s Andy Baskin.

Sushi Rock Corporate Chef Danny Cassano will create mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres and some Rollin’ at the Rock signature sushi. The menu includes shrimp and calamari appetizers, beef tenderloin served with a sake soy reduction and blackened salmon with citrus beurre blanc sauce. The Fujita roll, created in honor of Scott Fujita, is shrimp tempura, lump crabmeat, mango and cream cheese rolled and tempura fried, then topped with a mixture of chopped white tuna, scallop, snapper and spicy mayonnaise. The Razorback roll, in honor of Peyton Hillis, is filet mignon and lobster tail rolled with asparagus.

The Spicy Kicker, in honor of Phil Dawson, is braised barbecued beef short rib rolled with Asian slaw and topped with spicy barbecue sauce. The Long Snapper, for Ryan Pontbriand, is tuna, snapper and shrimp with chopped avocado, jalapenos and limejuice, topped with spicy cilantro and sriracha sauce.

Three categories of tickets are available for the May 6 event at Sushi Rock in Beachwood. The $150 VIP tickets include a private reception with the players, an open bar until 10 p.m., hors d’oeuvres and sushi, a midnight snack and a gift bag. General admission tickets, which cost $85, include hors d’oeuvres, two drinks and a midnight snack. Late-night reception guests pay $35 for one drink and the midnight snack.
