Mixed-use zoning addition sought to spur development

The proposal would allow mixed-use development in the Office Building 3 zoning category, which applies to buildings up to 75 feet, or roughly six stories, in height. City leaders are hopeful that permitting mixed-use projects could spur development of the long-vacant NASA buildings on Brookpark Road.
