I live by J&C and would welcome this business to Center Ridge. Maybe the Rocky River city officials need to take a drive down Center Ridge and count all the empty lots that are for lease! Rockport has been vacant for how many years now, and they are supposedly concerned about the cities image?? Look at that monstronsity of a neon sign, that you can barely read, sitting on the corner of wooster and center ridge, which stays on past 11pm….
Maybe if the city officials cared a little more about their entire city, instead of the one north of detroit road, there wouldn’t be so many empty storefronts on center ridge!

Please make sure to stop by Westlake Relay for Life. There will be jugglers, Irish dancers, Tae Kwon Do demonstrations, bands, mascot races, a bounce house and a “cow drop”. We also have a dunk tank where you can sink your school board members and/or principal. Lots of food and fun for all. Opening ceremonies are at 1:00 pm on June 11th. The Luminary ceremony, remembering those who have lost the fight and celebrating those who continue the battle, will begin at dusk. Here we have a classic cas of Robin Hood!

Take from the rich and give to the poor!
Punish the achievers and reward the underachievers!

Logically it does not make sense to cut from the already low WL aid. It does not make sense to take 3M away from the WCS but give a 4% increase to a district like Maple Hts. that already receives 18M in aid. Maple recieves 12M more than WCS but rates much lower on the State Report card in academics.
