EPA-funded redevelopment workshop scheduled for April

The two-day workshop will focus on “infill development,” or redevelopment of areas with existing infrastructure. The work starts April 18, when city leaders will meet with officials from Renaissance Planning, an urban planning firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

Crocker Park sues city of Westlake for $555K over cost disputes

Crocker Park LLC, a subsidiary of Stark Enterprises, file a lawsuit against the city of Westlake Feb. 24 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Crocker Park LLC, together with Crocker Park Phase III LLC, are seeking at least $555,994 from Westlake in disputes over costs related to the construction of Phase III at the retail, corporate and residential center at the corner of Crocker and Detroit roads.
