Phil Argento Jr., Ohio’s high school and college career 3-point record setter, will be running a Christmas basketball clinic Dec. 27-28 at the Fairview Recreation Center from 1-3:30 p.m. There will be instruction, drills, giveaways and drinks. Magnificat High School will conduct its Youth Gymnastics Day today. It will be an exciting day for youth and club gymnasts, including food, prizes and fun. The day will also include a varsity gymnastics meet, with the Blue Streaks hosting Avon Lake, Cuyahoga Heights, Medina, Olmsted Falls, Rocky River and Westlake high schools at 6 p.m. Admission is $1 per person.
