On Thursday, Westlake City Council approved a revised preliminary development plan for Crocker Park that includes the new American Greetings headquarters. The plan includes an office building to house American Greeting headquarters that will be up to six floors tall. A nearby parking garage will be up to four stories tall.

According to a letter submitted to the Westlake Planning Commission, Lakewood Country Club’s existing clubhouse and cart barn, which total about 52,000 square feet, will be replaced by a smaller, more efficient facility that will be approximately 34,000 square feet in area.
